Offshore regulator

The Financial Services Commission Belize (FSC Belize) is an offshore regulator. Until April 2021, this regulator was known under the name International Financial Services Commission (IFSC).

With the Securities Industry Act, 2021, the agency was transformed into the Financial Services Commission with the responsibility for licensing, supervising, and regulating the securities industry in Belize.
