RatEx42 Listings (https://listings.ratex42.com) publishes directory profiles and risk/context indicators about cyberfinance entities (e.g., payment processors, gateways, VASPs/CASPs, EMIs/PIs). We aim to be fair, evidence-led, and transparent. If you believe a listing contains a material error, or if you want to raise a complaint about content or user reviews, use the process below.

This page explains how to request a correction, how to file a complaint, and what you can expect from us.

1) What you can submit

A) Correction request (factual error)

Use this if you believe a listing contains an inaccurate or outdated fact, for example:

  • incorrect company name, jurisdiction, domain, or corporate details
  • wrong regulatory status statement (e.g., license number, regulator name, registration status)
  • broken links, misattributed sources, duplicated profiles
  • outdated operational status (ceased, rebranded, merged)

B) Complaint (content dispute, fairness, moderation issue)

Use this if you believe:

  • our editorial wording is materially misleading or lacks context
  • a user review is abusive, defamatory, or clearly false
  • the “Verified” status is being misrepresented by someone claiming your listing
  • the listing is being targeted by coordinated review manipulation

C) Right of reply / clarification

If you want to provide an official statement that adds context (without necessarily requesting edits), you can submit a “Right of Reply”. We may publish it (in full or summarized) if it is relevant and non-promotional.

2) What we are (and are not)

  • We are a directory and editorial intelligence platform.
  • We are not a regulator, court, or enforcement agency.
  • Our editorial risk signals and evidence grades represent our assessment/opinion at the time of review, based on available information and sources.

We will correct factual errors promptly where supported. We may also update editorial language when new evidence changes the context.

3) Our response targets (SLA)

We try to be fast and consistent:

  • Acknowledgement: within 48 hours (business days)
  • Target resolution: within 15 business days
  • Complex cases (multi-entity disputes, legal threats, large evidence bundles) may take longer. If so, we will tell you what we need and what stage the review is at.

4) What we need from you (to process quickly)

To investigate properly, we usually require:

  • the exact listing URL(s)
  • a clear description of what is wrong (quote the sentence/section)
  • supporting evidence (public filings, regulator pages, official announcements, court documents, screenshots, emails, etc.)
  • your relationship to the entity (e.g., authorized representative, customer, counsel, third party)

If you are an authorized representative, we may request proof of authority (see Section 6).

5) Outcomes you can expect

After review, we may:

  • Correct the content (and note that we corrected it)
  • Update the listing with additional context
  • Publish a clarification or “Right of Reply”
  • Remove or moderate user reviews that violate our rules
  • Decline the request if we consider the content accurate, opinion-based, or unsupported by evidence

We will not remove content solely because it is negative or inconvenient. We also do not provide “reputation management” services.

6) Verified listings, claims, and impersonation

If you believe someone has wrongfully claimed your listing or is impersonating your organization, submit a complaint and select “Impersonation / Wrongful Claim”.

We may temporarily suspend verification status while we investigate. We may request:

  • confirmation from an official domain email, or
  • documentation showing authority to represent the entity.

7) How to submit

Use the form on this page. If you cannot use the form, contact us at: corrections@ratex42.com

9) Legal & safety notes

  • Please do not include sensitive personal data (IDs, home addresses, bank details).
  • We may share your submission internally with our editorial and compliance team.
  • If you submit a “Right of Reply,” you consent to us publishing it (in whole or in part) with reasonable edits for length and clarity.
