What this application is
This application is the first step to:
- request a new listing (if you are not listed yet), or
- verify/claim an existing listing (authorized representative + factual profile completion), or
- submit structured corrections with documentation.
What happens after you submit
1) We review your application for eligibility and completeness.
2) If accepted, we send a fixed due diligence invoice in EUR.
3) After payment, we conduct verification and update the listing.
4) We publish a Change Log entry on the profile (what was verified/updated).

If your application is accepted and the due diligence fee is paid, RatEx42 performs a structured verification process focused on identity + rails transparency:
- Authorized contact verification (ownership/representative check)
- Legal entity verification (registry IDs, jurisdiction, corporate identifiers)
- Profile completion (domains, brands, product scope, customer type)
- Rails mapping (high-level) (on-ramp/off-ramp, PSP/gateway layers, MoR clarity where feasible)
- Right-to-reply channel (factual response space when warranted)
- Corrections workflow (document-based)
- “Verified” badge (identity/ownership only — not “compliance approved”)
What you don’t get
- No guarantee of publication
- No guarantee of a specific Risk Signal (Green / Orange / Black / Under Review)
- No paid removals, suppressions, or “reputation management”
- No deletion of valid user reviews (reviews are moderated under our rules)
- No guarantee of commercial partnerships or extra visibility beyond normal directory exposure

- Application submission: Free
- Due diligence fee: Fixed amount (in EUR), invoiced only after acceptance
- Token payments: C42 token payments may be added later as an optional method (EUR remains the reference price)
Why we charge: verification work requires human review and documentation handling. The fee covers operational and compliance costs—not rating outcomes.
