MatrixChange is a peer-to-peer crypto exchange operated in Estonia by MatrixChain OÜ. Until July 2022, this entity held a crypto license issued by the Estonian FIU. However, this has since been archived and is therefore no longer valid. The website still claims that MatrixChange is regulated.
The German Holger Kuhlmann is stated as the person responsible for MatrixChange.
We put the now unregulated MatrixChange on our “Red Compliance” list because of the missing license and the false information on the website.
